Along the same line, a  neighbor here in South Addition has just erected a pipe/tarp carport in his sideyard that abuts the sidewalk, and is visible for blocks. I believe it had been there other times, but was legally
 behind a high fence of dense shrubs, which were cut down this summer. I believe the temp shelter is not appropriate,or code, and that type of structure brings &quot;down&quot; the neighbrohood (even more than my untidy front lawn!).Are you able to help with this? I am totally chicken to mention it, because I know it cost a lot of money, and I hate seeming like the neighborhood snitch.]]></description>
